Game of Thrones Commission

This summer I was commissioned to do a Game of Thrones painting for a family member and fellow fan. As it was meant to be a surprise for the recipient, I had to keep its progress under wraps. It's finally safe to share, and so here are some shots I took of the painting when it was finished.

I had a fantastic time painting this! Ryan and I are big fans of the show, and I had wanted to do some paintings of the characters even before I received the commission. (I still plan on painting my favorite character, the Hound).

This was one of those "secret" projects that kept me busy this summer. Because it was a commission, prints won't be available of this one, sorry! I thought folks might like to see it, nonetheless. :)
