Happy Valentine's Day, folks!
I made one of my silly comics for today. I sing this to my fries when I put ketchup on them, and this morning I drew it out.

I'm pretty excited today. I have a few secret plans for Ryan I hope he likes. It's really lovely to be celebrating our first Valentine's Day as man and wife. I feel so old fashioned and Biblical!
A holiday celebrating love is just about the nicest day I can imagine. And angry singles, it doesn't have to be romantic love. I used to wake up every Valentine's Day to a little basket of goodies from my Mom. We'd send Valentines out to my Nana and our family. In high school my friends and I used to dress in all black (okay, we did that every day, but--) and give each other handmade friendtines. In college I hated Valentine's Day...Okay, that's a bad example, but everyone is too cool for everything in college. It takes a long time to appreciate silly wonderfulness for the sake of being silly and wonderful.
Whoever you love, be it your partner, your parents, your pals, or your pets treat them special today!
